+What ages is SKIDOSH designed for?
SKIDOSH is built for children roughly ages 3–9, with content and difficulty that adapts as a child grows. Every child profile is set up with their own age so they only see age-appropriate activities.
+Is SKIDOSH free?
Yes. SKIDOSH is free to download and includes free activities in every category. A SKIDOSH Premium subscription unlocks the full library and extra features like read-aloud narration and an adaptive learning path.
+How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play — open your device’s subscription settings to view, change or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
+How do I set screen-time limits for my child?
Open the Parent Dashboard from your child’s profile (behind the parent PIN) to set daily limits and review each child’s progress.
+Does SKIDOSH show ads or collect data for advertising?
No. SKIDOSH has no third-party ads, no ad networks, and does not use advertising identifiers or behavioral advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
+How do I delete my account or my child’s data?
Use "Delete All Data" in the Parent Dashboard, or visit our Delete Your Data page — no need to have the app installed.
